How to track your health insurance claims status?

Step 1: Login– https://www.fhpl.net

Step 2: Click on Logins on the home page.

Step3 :

For Retail Health Product

Click on Individual/ Retailers
Login
- Username – Your UHID is your username.
- Password – Your date of birth (in DD/MM/YYYY format) is your password.

For Group Health Product (Serviced by FHPL)

Click on Employee/ Ecard
Login
- Username – Empid@Corporatename (e.g if employee ID is 12345 and corporate name is Kotak Mahindra General Insurance. Then user ID would 12345@KMGI)
- Password – Your date of birth (in DD/MM/YYYY format) or password sent to your official at the time of Enrollment or click on forgot password to reset.
